Uploading data into CCAP City is easy and takes only a few clicks. From the left hand side menu, click on Management, and then Range Values.
First, download the CSV Template by clicking the Help button on the upper right corner. At the bottom of the pop up, click Download CSV Template:
After you have populated the template, at the bottom of the page under New Upload, click on Choose file, select the CSV file you want to upload, and click Upload.
Once imported, you will receive an email confirming that you have uploaded your file successfully. If your upload fails to validate, you will receive an email detailing the errors encountered.
Follow these tips to avoid validation errors:
Make sure the header names and data codes are correct. To view the complete list of data codes, go to Management > Data.
Ensure that there are no overlapping data for a particular area, sector, data type, end use, and time period. If this data already exists in the tool, delete the existing data first before re-uploading.
Check that there are no unnecessary rows or columns added to the spreadsheet - these can cause validation errors as well.
