Login to CCAP as normal:
Navigate to the side bar and click on the organisation name:
This will open a page which shows the organisations which you are a member of, the highlighted organisation is the one you are currently viewing:
Click on a different organisation to the one you are currently viewing:
This will change organisations, you can tell which organisation you are in as the name will appear in the side bar:
