CCAP Settings is responsible for managing user details across the Kinesis platform. It allows individual users to manage their details.
Users who log-in with Single Sign-On cannot edit their details from within the tool.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to the app switcher by clicking the down arrow to the right of the CCAP Integrated or CCAP City logo in the sidebar. From the selection click Settings.
Once on the Settings page, under the heading Your Account, select the Profile tab from the sidebar.
This will show your current user information and allow you to edit it. If the icon does not appear, Kinesis does not control your login information, and you should contact your Organisation.
