Standard Service Level Agreement in Data Management

The Service Level Agreement will be different for each client and outlined in the CCAP Customer Agreement and the associated Kinesis On-boarding Process. Through the CCAP Training session, Kinesis will train the client on how to input and amend data as per the associated responsibilities below. 

Kinesis will request data for all meters in the tool, using the retailer information available. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the meter list is kept up to date. This includes adding new meters, decommissioning old meters and updating the retailer information. More information on updating the meter list can be found here.
