Frequently used reports can be saved for revisiting at a later time. After making your Filter and Options selections, click the Save Report button at the bottom of the menu:
Choose a name for the report and optionally a custom title for the chart. You will also need to choose a Period Update Type and choose whether to share your report with other users, or keep it private. The report will be added to the Reports tab in the Analysis section.
Period Update Types
The Period Update Type will determine how the report updates when the Fiscal or Calendar Year changes. There are four options:
Fixed: There will be no changes to the report
Append: One year will be appended to the report. All years previously in the report will still appear.
Shift: All periods will shift forward by one year.
Fixed Base Year + Shift: The first year set in the report will remain fixed, but all subsequent years will shift forward by one year.
