CCAP Integrated features one-touch report generation in a number of formats to satisfy third party needs. Having access to automated reports which run defined business rules to provide the exact output required dramatically reduces the time and costs associated with sustainability reporting. 

The Third Party Reports functionality is a flexible way to set up customised, templated reports. If there are any additional reports that you want automated, kindly contact us via the Intercom chat box and we'll be happy to discuss this with you!

To generate a GRESB or an LBG Report, go to Reports > Third Party. Select the period and the assets you wish to generate the report on. Click Generate GRESB Report or Generate LBG Report.

You will receive an email with the export link once the report has been generated. Alternatively, you can find the reports on the Document Store.

Note: The templates for these reports need to be configured. If the generate button is disabled, please contact us.
