You can exclude the resource consumption and GHG emissions from relevant Intergrated Reports like NGER for periods when your corporation does not have operational control over operating, health & safety, and environmental policies for a certain meter.

You can do so by adding Operational Control Off Periods to that meter. To do this, start by navigating to Management > Data > Meters.

Search for the meter and click the Edit icon.

Go to the Operational Control Off Periods tab, input the start and end dates of the off period, and click Save Operational Control Off Period.

Note: If the entire asset is not under your operational control, you may add operational control off periods for the entire asset. In effect, this will set all meters belonging to that asset under operational control off period. Read more about it here.
