There are four distinct channels through which data is uploaded into the tool:&nbsp;

Kinesis will request data from retailers on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis depending on the frequency of the data. Kinesis will always CC the client on all request emails.

You may upload data manually via the <a href="http://help.kinesis.org/en/articles/2316861-how-do-i-manually-add-a-raw-bill"><b>Bill Explorer</b></a> or through a <a href="http://help.kinesis.org/en/articles/2316879-how-can-i-upload-billing-data-to-integrated-in-bulk"><b>bulk CSV upload</b></a>.
