Once a user is added you can assign them Organisational Roles, Domain Roles & Asset Roles.

Organisational Roles

These roles allow users to login and add/edit users. See How do I Manage Users? for more details.

  • Member - Allows a user to login to the tool. This is automatically created when an invite is sent.

  • Admin - Allows a user to login to the tool. Additionally users can add, edit and delete users.

Domain Roles

These roles allow users to have additional access or editing rights for Integrated.(Note: These roles do not allow you to add or remove users.) See How to Change Domain Roles below.

  • Owner - Highest access control. Can edit all organisation specific sections. Can lock/delete as well as add/edit billing imports in Bill Explorer > Raw Data. Can view Management > Users list and Surveys > Manage in sidebar.

  • Administrator - Can delete saved reports in Reports > Consumption. Can add/edit billing imports in Bill Explorer > Raw Data.

  • Viewer - Basic access control. Cannot change core data sets.

  • Contractor - Basic access control; assigned to contractors.

Asset Roles

These roles allow users to be assigned to specific assets. (Note: These roles do not allow you to add or remove users.) See How to Change Asset Roles below.

  • Asset Manager - Can start a new survey (create answer group).

  • Regional Development Manager - Can view Survey > Approval in sidebar apart from Owner users. Receives emails on answer group submitted for approval and self-approved answer groups.

Note: Asset Roles are only applicable for Surveys.

How to Change Domain Roles

New users are invited with read-only access. If you need to upgrade them, you can change their roles after they have accepted your invitation.

Scroll to 'Management' and select 'Roles'

This will open the 'Roles' page where you are able to select a role option in the drop-down for each user

How to Change Asset Roles

Scroll to 'Management' and select 'Data'. Then select 'User Asset Assignment'.

Search for the user, and select the 'Assign/ Unassign Assets' button on the right.

A modal will appear with a list of Assigned Assets, as well as Unassigned Assets.

If the asset is yet to be assigned to the user, search for the asset in the Unassigned Assets list and select the 'Assign' button to the right of the asset.

Once an asset is assigned to the user, select the user's Manager Role from the dropdown.

Confirm the changes by pressing the 'Save' button in the modal.
