You can create Sustainability Initiatives by navigating to the sustainability tab of the asset (or one of the assets) which you would like to associate the initiative to. You are able to set the feature to asset, state or national level.

Click +New Initiative.

Fill in the required details:

The initiative will now appear under the asset:

To record an initiative's outcomes, click on:

You are able to update the status of the report and add Sustainability Measures relating to the initiative:
