Data acquisition varies depending on the retailer and resource type. The following table shows the different frequencies and the months when we request for the data:

For consumption and billing data that are requested monthly, the Kinesis team requests for the month's data on the 15th of the next month. For example, we request October data on the 15th of November.

Although the turnaround varies greatly between different retailers, we aim to receive and upload the retailer data within two weeks of the request. It is fair to assume that most of the data should be up to date to within 2-4 months prior to the current date.
