Whenever an asset manager completes and submits a survey for approval, you as the Regional Development Manager will receive an email prompt to approve the response:
Click on the link to approve the response. Alternatively, you can go to Surveys > Approval from the side menu, then select the Survey Type and the Survey to see the responses.
On the right side of the window, you'll see the responses from the different asset managers. From here, there are 3 things you can do -- Remind, View, or Authorise.
Remind - send a reminder to the asset manager to complete the survey. The asset manager will receive an email asking them to complete it.
View - view the response of the asset manager
Authorise - approve the response of the asset manager
